Whenever I try it just drags an items name rather than allowing me to multiselect.

Click the first one, then shirt click the second one. It’ll select all the items between the two.

He means shift+click. shift+click = select a range of items between the last one you clicked on and the current one. ctrl+click = toggle selection

About the Class
Tech Requirements
If your child loves Roblox, this is the perfect class to introduce them to game design, coding, and more! They’ll use Roblox Studio to make their own Roblox games that can be easily played online. Students will learn how to 3D model, script in LUA, make collection systems, and add UI to the screen.
At the end of each two-month unit, students will have a published game on the Roblox website.
Prerequisites:
None
- Recommend a minimum 10 Mbps and 10 Mbps (up/down) internet speed.
- 2 or 3-button mouse with scroll wheel will enhance experience in all classes (Recommended, not required).
- Microphone + Speaker or Headset with Mic and (optional, but preferred) a video camera.
- A minimum of 3 GB free storage on your computer is recommended for most classes. Voyager+ (and Video Editing) level classes require a minimum of 10 GB of free storage space.
- PC (Windows 7, 8/8.1, 10, 11) or macOS 10.11 (El Capitan and above). Minimum 4 GB RAM, less then 4 years old graphics card/integrated graphics.

Roblox — How to Find the Explorer Tab
Roblox is a massive multiplayer online game platform that allows users to create their games and play games developed by other users. With over 100 million monthly active users, Roblox has become one of the most popular gaming platforms worldwide. However, as a new player, finding your way around Roblox Studio to create new Roblox experiences can be a bit overwhelming, and that’s where the Explorer Tab comes in handy. Sometimes the Roblox Studio Explorer tab will disappear and this guide will help you find it again.
Launch Roblox Studio
Navigate to Roblox.com and navigate to your Profile. Under Creations, select your preferred experience where you want to make changes, and click on the burger menu on the top right.
Select Edit. This will launch Roblox Studio in case it’s not yet running on your PC.
Toggle the Explorer Window
Navigate to the View tab on the top navigation. Click on Explorer to toggle your Explorer window. By default, it will be located on the right side of your interface.
You can also open up your Properties or Toolbox window from here.
Stop ROBLOX from removing Game Explorer from ROBLOX Studio
Roblox plans on releasing it’s asset manager to replace the already perfect Game Explorer and Properties that we’re already used to. Let’s stop roblox from making it harder on developers to access in game parts and assets.
