Перемещать текущую копию MATLAB ® к другому компьютеру необходимо удалить его от компьютера, на котором это в настоящее время установлено. В этом случае не деактивируйте программное обеспечение. Можно затем установить MATLAB на другом компьютере.

Если вы больше не имеете допустимую лицензию и только хотите удалить программное обеспечение из своего компьютера, лучше деактивироваться прежде, чем удалить вашу установку. Для получения дополнительной информации о деактивации программного обеспечения, смотрите, Деактивировали Вашу Установку.

Продукты Uninstall от Windows Systems

Удалять Продукты Mathworks от вашего компьютера:

1. Выход из MATLAB.
2. Запустите деинсталлятор, с помощью любого из следующих методов.

• На компьютерах, запускающих Windows ® 10, перейдите к MATLAB R2021b и откройте папку. Щелкните правой кнопкой по MATLAB в папке и выберите Uninstall.
• На компьютерах, запускающих Windows 7 , кликните по меню Start и выберите Control Panel. В Панели управления выберите Uninstall a Program в категории Программ. Из списка отображенных продуктов нажмите MATLAB R2021b .
• Принятие вас выбрало папку по умолчанию, когда вы установили MATLAB, перейдите к C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2021b\uninstall\bin\win64 . Если вы установили в другой папке, перейдите там вместо этого. Дважды кликните исполняемый файл деинсталлятора, uninstall.exe .

2. Выход из MATLAB.

4. Перетащите свою папку установки MATLAB к мусору, и затем выберите Empty Trash из меню Finder.

Запускать деинсталлятор нев интерактивном режиме:

1. Создайте файл свойств деинсталлятора. Сделайте копию шаблона файла свойств деинсталлятора, названного uninstaller_input.txt , расположенный в uninstall папка в вашей папке установки MATLAB. Например, на компьютере Windows, вы можете выполнить эту команду:

copy matlabroot\uninstall\uninstaller_input.txt C:\temp\my_uninstall.txt

uninstall.exe -inputFile C:\temp\my_uninstall.txt

How do I uninstall a toolbox without uninstalling MATLAB?

This will display a list of all the toolboxes you have installed. Each toolbox will also have an «Uninstall» button on it. Click the button to uninstall the toolbox.

You can also uninstall toolboxes via the uninstaller. The MATLAB uninstaller is only available on Windows. To launch the uninstaller, open the Control Panel and open «Programs and Features.» Locate MATLAB in the list of available programs, select it, and click uninstall. The MATLAB uninstaller will then launch. In the uninstaller, check the boxes for products you wish to uninstall, and uncheck the boxes for products you wish to keep. Finally, click the «Uninstall» button to uninstall the toolboxes.

It is not possible to uninstall specific toolboxes from MATLAB on OS X or Linux in R2015a and earlier.

How to delete my account?

Hi, I want to delete my account and i already emailed costumers service and they don’t seem to want to delete it. I need to use this specific email to create another account because i created this account for student use but i need it for academic use so i can use my universities activation key. I tried asking if they could change me from student use to academic use but it didn’t work. All i need is to delete this account and create a new one that’s all i want. Can someone please help.

How do I can delete my account?

Can someone please tell me how I can return MATLAB. I bought this product but soon realized that my university offers MATLAB to students free of charge. It has been more than 30 days since I purchased MATLAB. PLEASE HELP!

Please contact Customer Support. Most of the people who answer questions here are from outside Mathworks.

As best I recall from the online documentation, 30 days is the normal limit for returns.

To delete your MathWorks Account or correct/update information associated with your MathWorks Account, please contact MathWorks Customer Service using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of this page.

From the Contact Us page you can call Customer Service for your country/region or fill in the online form. The form that you fill in to create a general Customer Service request does ask for your license number, but that field does not appear to be required information.

This is correct. Some background info: If you are linked to a professional license, it is important to learn who should use the license in the future and Student Version needs the MathWorks for activiating.

In case the reason is you want to avoid messages from MathWorks, you can opt out of them within the MathWorks Account itself.

type «ver» without the quotation marks within your command window. This will give you your version and matlab license number

What Mikhail means is you may have a MathWorks Account, but no MATLAB installation. There are the following options:

1. Technical Support requests ask for a license number, but not Customer Support / Customer Service requests.
2. Call instead of creating a web request.

I need to delete my account and i already put in a request but they don’t want to delete it for some reason. I really need this problem solved fast. I created my account wrong and i need to register with the same email again but this time using the academics use so i can use my universities activation key. I am having the same problem: a request for account deletion requires to have a licence number which I don’t have. Can anyone point out if there’s another way to proceed please ?

Is it even legal to be unable to easily delete one’s web account? I don’t think so.
On checking in, nothing was announcing it would be a pain in the a** to cancel.

You would need to check with a lawyer on that matter. I find some hints that you might be in France, so you might possibly have a case under the EU Right To Be Forgotten.
