Any way I can download Windows Movie Maker for Windows 7?
Okay, this is going to sound very odd, but I am wanting to have Windows Movie Maker for Windows 7, but they recently stopped offering Windows Essentials 2012 (not that I would use any of those other applications that were offered) but I just want to use the app in an ironic fashion as well as to use as a small introduction to video editing.
Knowing that Windows will stop supporting the best OS ever, 7, and as I refuse to update to Windows 10, I would still enjoy my reliable Win7 laptop until we ride off into the sunset. But enough about that, where can I get a good, safe, virus-free download of Windows Movie Maker?
I’m not going to stick to using it for a while, I’ll say it again and make it clear: I’ll only use Movie Maker for an introduction to editing and for the gits and shiggles of what mid-2000’s YouTube videos had to offer. But I do love 7, and nobody can change my opinion. 🙂
UPDATE: The two users have supplied me with links and some advice, but it won’t let me download as it claims that «another program is preventing the installer from working», error code is 0x80070643 and source says «wllogin-amd64» Any idea what that means? Help is appreciated!
